1. TRaders
The full experience: full ability to sell merchandise at SALUTE and provide pickup services for those customers collecting orders at the event. Traders can also have gaming spaces near their stand. If your business is looking to have a stand at SALUTE then you’ll get:
A footfall of over 7000 expected visitors in one day at Europe’s largest wargaming convention
Access to the ExCel London on the Friday Afternoon
Minimum of 2 FREE entry wristbands for your staff
A FREE Trader Bag for your stand if you’re in the first 100 to collect!
Chances to sponsor the event and advertise your business at SALUTE
2. Commercial Games
Unable to sell anything physically or virtually on the day: these exhibitors are attending to advertise a game system/product. This is best suited to brand new exhibitors who are still launching their business. If you qualify for this option then you’ll get:
A footfall of over 7000 expected visitors in one day at Europe’s largest wargaming convention
Access to the ExCel London on the Friday Afternoon
Minimum of 2 entry wristbands for your staff with options to get more
A FREE Trader Bag for your stand if you’re in the first 100 to collect!

3. CLubs & Societies
These exhibitors get free entry and are here to host games and have a good time! Also suitable for those hosting other interactive experiences or demonstration tables. (No commercial aspects). If your gaming club is looking to bring a game to SALUTE then you’ll get:
6 FREE entry wristbands for your members
A contribution of up to £100 to your costs of bringing a game to the show
FREE Visitor Goodie Bags for your attending members
And you’ll be in with a chance to win one of our Game Awards!
4. Charities
We are proud to have been supporting charities at SALUTE for many years.
