It’s all about the SALUTE Goodie Bags
Want to have a lasting impression and bring joy to visitors of all ages? Nothing beats getting your freebies into the hands of eager hobbyists, and for many visitors it’s their first time at SALUTE and the beginning of their hobby journey.
Launching a kickstarter? Got special offers at the show? Why not spread your word with leaflets?
Want to sprinkle in those Wonka vibes? Golden tickets offer something special and exciting and can tie in well with a coordinated social media post.
And while you’re at it, why not share the love and add to our Trader Bags?
The deadline for providing your stuff for the goodie bags is March so our packing team has time to organise everything ready for SALUTE.
YOUR STUFF IN THE GOODie BaGS
Show off your products directly to thousands of attendees as we provide visitors with SALUTE goodie bags! We will include your business in our pre-show goodie bag PR and we have also found that content creators will cover the content of the goodie bags post-show. Here are some details of what to provide:
Minimum: 100 items. Maximum: 6000 items.
We will provide FREE packing for all products provided for the goodie bags.
LEaflets
Our packing team can put your leaflets into the show goodie bags that will get into the hands of our volunteers, attending clubs and thousands of visitors. We always have a waiting in the queue at the start of the event and visitors love to read through the material in their bags during this time. Here are some details:
You may supply a leaflet of maximum size A5.
Minimum: 500 Leaflets. Maximum: 6000 Leaflets
We will charge you our packing costs of 8p (exVAT) per leaflet.
FREE packing for up to 300 leaflets for any first time exhibitors.

We will pass your details onto Warners and they will reach out separately about advertisement in the official show guide. This bit isn’t handled by us.
One great way to drum up extra excitement at the show is the possibility of some visitors finding a Golden Ticket - as it's very a special moment and can totally make someone’s day!
Golden Tickets
We suggest that Golden Tickets each have a high enough value to make them feel special. With the understanding that this ticket can be exchanged at your stand on the day at SALUTE.
We will put your Golden Tickets in random bags during the event setup. There is no packing cost for this. We would just need all of the tickets delivered to the SALUTE team during the event setup on the Friday afternoon or Saturday early morning.

Trader Bags
We often get asked by traders - “can I get a goodie bag too?”
Well, the answer is “yes!”.
As we always provide visitors and clubs with SALUTE goodie bags, we want to make sure that traders can get something too. So for those that wish to grab a bag on the day, we provide 100 Trader Bags available during setup on a first come first serve from our information kiosk next to the painting competition.
Each Trader Bag will include a show programme, official miniature and event dice - all courtesy of the SALUTE team.
We are then looking for donations from others to put into this Trader Bag.
This is an opportunity for our traders to make each other smile, maybe make new contacts or promote your services and products to other businesses - whatever works for you. If you can't attend the SALUTE, this is also a great way to have a presence at the show.
We will add your items in all 100 bags reserved for just the traders. The more exhibitors who get involved with this, the better these Trader Bags are going to be.
As with the visitor bags, we would need everything delivered to our packing team by March.
