We welcome journalists, photographers, videographers, and hobby content creators who want to help share the atmosphere, creativity, and community of Europe’s largest wargaming hobby show.

If you’re planning to attend SALUTE in a professional media capacity, please read the information below and choose the option that best fits how you work. Not sure which one you are? - Don’t worry, we know the lines between press and content creation can blur—especially in the hobby world. To keep things straightforward, just pick the option that best matches what you do most of the time.

Press Pass Applications

Choose this option if you are attending SALUTE primarily to:

  • Report on the event for a publication or news outlet

  • Write articles, features, or reviews

  • Take photographs or video for editorial use

  • Cover SALUTE independently as a journalist

Typical examples include:

  • Hobby magazines (print or digital)

  • News or culture websites

  • Recognised hobby media outlets

  • Professional photographers working for an outlet

What to expect:

  • Editorial independence

  • No obligation to promote or post

  • No requirement to submit content for approval

  • Access suited to reporting and documentation

APPLY FOR A PRESS PASS

Content Creator Pass Applications

Choose this option if you are attending SALUTE primarily to:

  • Create videos, shorts, livestreams, or social posts

  • Share your visit with your followers or community

  • Produce hobby-focused entertainment or commentary

Typical examples include:

  • YouTubers

  • TikTok or Instagram creators

  • Twitch streamers

  • Bloggers or podcasters

What to expect:

  • Clear filming and conduct guidelines

  • A family-friendly content environment

  • Optional promotional expectations (always explained in advance)

  • Access designed to support content creation without disrupting the show

APPLY FOR A CONTENT CREATOR PASS

A Few Important Notes (For Everyone)

  • All media and creator passes must be applied for in advance

  • Approval is not automatic, and numbers may be limited

  • Media badges are non-transferable

  • Filming and photography must respect:

    • Exhibitors

    • Attendees

    • Families and children

    • Staff instructions and safety requirements
