Accessibility Tickets:

Customers with disabilities who need to use the Accessible queue should purchase an Accessibility ticket.  Disabled customers who could not attend without an Essential Companion may add a complimentary Essential Companion ticket for that companion to your ticket order. Please bring a copy of your Nimbus Card / PIP information or similar evidence to support use of your Accessibility ticket.

Accessibility queue:

Customers with access needs may use our Accessible queue, which provides a wider, more direct route to the event entrance and has  seating  for those who need it while waiting for doors to open.

Other members of your group/family without access needs are asked to use the main queue (except any for who are the sole responsibility of the accessibility ticket holder). This is to free up our accessibility space for those in need.

In response to customer feedback, this year we will be providing a Sensory Calm Space, hosted by DiverseUK.  This space is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or in need of a quiet place during the event.

Accessibility general:

SALUTE is held within Excel, a large venue with a central boulevard 600m long. All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access. SALUTE 54 will be in Hall N6, which is clearly signposted from the central boulevard.

As well as accessible toilets, Excel has a Changing Places bathroom, containing a toilet, sink and a hoist. Please note the rooms are operated with the RADAR key lock systems.

Attendees can arrange the loan of wheelchairs or mobility scooters via Excel Mobility Page

Inside the hall our stands are spaced to allow wheelchairs through easily, gaming tables have movable seating and can accommodate wheelchair users.
