When you arrive
ExCel Access
You do not need to show your ticket at the entrance to the ExCel building. The ExCel can be accessed from either the East or West side and you may find that other events are on in some of the halls. Once inside, move down the central boulevard and look for sign posts for SALUTE. You’re looking for a big hall where we will have 2 queue lines setup. Now it’s time to get your ticket ready!
DISABILITY ACCESS
Seating is available for those with disability tickets. Our door volunteers will be friendly and understanding of your needs.
We know not every disability is visible, so we recommend bringing with you any one of the following: a copy of a Blue Badge, Access Card or similar, DWP letter (i.e PIP, DLA), statement of special educational needs from a LEA, or a letter from a medical professional which you can show to our door volunteers alongside your disability ticket.
SHOW Timings

Show opens at 10am.
Online tickets are available until 3pm on the day of the show. You can also pay by cash or card on the door (although door prices are normally slightly more).
